The portrait in question is one of three works by Hans Eworth in the Crosby Moran Hall Collection.

Dr. Bolland offered exciting research about the identification of the sitter Elizabeth Howard (née Stafford), Duchess of Norfolk in the Crosby Moran Hall picture.
