Co-operation Ireland is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr. Christopher Moran as its Honorary President.
This newly created position recognises Dr. Moran’s longstanding dedication and contribution to the charity’s mission of fostering peace and reconciliation after he stepped down from his role as Co-operation Ireland Chairman last month after 20 years.
Former Northern Ireland Office Director Sir Julian King KCVO GCMG has been elected chair by the Co-operation Ireland board.
Dr. Moran, a prominent business figure, brings a wealth of experience and insight to the role of Honorary President. His years of service as Chairman have left an indelible mark on the organisation and in his new capacity, he will continue to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of Co-operation Ireland.
Commenting on his appointment, Dr. Christopher Moran said, “I am truly honoured to take on the role of Honorary President for Co-operation Ireland and look forward to supporting the charity’s work into the future.”
